Last updated: 1 September 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging SECWEM for services, you agree to the terms outlined here. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Services
SECWEM provides digital solutions including custom software development, ERP and business automation, website and e-commerce development, mobile app development, industry-specific management systems, CRM development, UI/UX design, cloud applications, digital marketing and technical support — including SECWEM App, our modular business management platform. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing for any engagement will be confirmed in a written proposal or quotation before work begins.
3. Quotations & Payments
Project quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation document. Payment terms (including advance, milestone and final payments) will be specified in the project agreement. GST-compliant invoices are issued for all services.
4. Project Timelines
Timelines communicated are estimates based on the agreed scope. Delays caused by late feedback, content, approvals or scope changes from the client's side may affect the delivery timeline.
5. SECWEM App Usage
Where a business uses SECWEM App, that business is responsible for the accuracy of data it enters, for managing its own user roles and permissions, and for maintaining the confidentiality of its login credentials.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom-built deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. SECWEM retains ownership of SECWEM App as a platform and of any pre-existing SECWEM tools, frameworks or components used to deliver a project. SECWEM retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
7. Third-Party Services
Some projects may rely on third-party services (hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, plugins). SECWEM is not responsible for outages, policy changes or charges from third-party providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
SECWEM will make reasonable efforts to deliver quality, reliable systems, but is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software or websites, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kozhikode, Kerala.
